about 15 minutes
Energy value: 80 kcal per cup
And this is how it is done:
First, bring 0.5 l of fresh cold water to the boil. Meanwhile, you fill the coffee powder into a rod filter jug (press jug).
Boiling water should never be used to prepare coffee, so wait 30 seconds after boiling before pouring the hot water over the powder in sips. Then stir.
Now the lid is put on the rod filter jug, the coffee should steep for 4-5 minutes.
While the coffee is brewing, the milk is heated to 60 ° C. The milk must not boil. If a skin forms on the milk, it is skimmed off.
Now carefully press the sieve of the rod filter jug down. Please press slowly, otherwise too much coffee powder will penetrate the sieve.
Finally, the coffee and the hot milk are slowly poured into a glass at the same time and in equal parts. Voilà!
