The right coffee for every taste
Recipe for 2 people:
2 tbsp ground hazelnuts
300 ml of hot coffee
80 ml of milk
about 3 teaspoons of sugar
Preparation time: approx. 10 minutes
And this is how it is done:
Boil the milk with the hazelnuts and the sugar in a saucepan. Then pour the liquid into a tall mixing bowl and beat it with a hand mixer for 0.5 minutes.
Now divide the coffee into 2 cups. Pour the whisked hazelnut milk into the coffee through a sieve and stir.
Recipe for 4 people:
1 vanilla pod
4-8 teaspoons of sugar
8 tbsp heavy cream
500 ml of freshly brewed coffee
Preparation time: approx. 10 minutes
And this is how it is done:
First you scrape the vanilla pulp out of the pod and mix the pulp with the sugar.
Now heat the sugar mixture with the added cream.
Finally, add the mixture of sugar, cream and vanilla to the coffee and stir, then distribute over the coffee cups.
Recipe for 4 people:
4 tbsp raisins
200 ml orange juice
2 apples
2 bananas
4 tbsp peanut butter
4 tbsp honey
12 tablespoons of ground ice
600 ml of freshly brewed coffee
Preparation time: approx. 15 minutes
Soaking time: approx. 15 minutes
And this is how it is done:
First, soak the raisins in orange juice for about 15 minutes.
In the meantime, you peel, core and dice the apples. Now peel the banana and cut it into small pieces.
Put the soaked raisins with the orange juice, the banana and apple pieces and the remaining ingredients in a blender. The whole thing is pureed for 2 minutes.
Fill into 4 large glasses and serve immediately!
